1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Congress ("the Platform"), operated by DENEM Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Congress is an AI engineering challenge platform where users solve problems in prompt engineering, agentic architectures, RAG, AI security, and related fields. Users earn points and compete on a public leaderboard.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to submit solutions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share solutions to challenges publicly or with other users
  • Attempt to exploit, attack, or disrupt the Platform infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to brute-force challenge answers
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

All challenge content, platform design, and associated materials are the property of DENEM Labs. You retain ownership of any original solutions you create, but grant DENEM Labs a non-exclusive license to use submission data for platform improvement and analytics.

6. Leaderboard and Scoring

Rankings are determined by points earned from correct submissions. DENEM Labs reserves the right to adjust scores, remove submissions, or disqualify users who violate these terms or the spirit of fair competition.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DENEM Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of challenge grading, or preservation of user data.

8. Limitation of Liability

DENEM Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

DENEM Labs may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
