The Claude Field For Stopped Reasons

Anthropic's Messages API response includes a field describing why the model stopped generating (end_turn, max_tokens, stop_sequence, tool_use). Name the field (with underscore). Flag format: CONGRESS{field_name}. Example: CONGRESS{finish_reason}.
