Prefill Technique

One major provider allows you to 'prefill' the assistant's response by starting the assistant turn with specific text, forcing the model to continue from there. The other does not support this. Which provider supports prefill? Flag format: CONGRESS{[provider]} Example: CONGRESS{openai}
